Refund Policy

Before work starts
Auren reviews each fixed-package order within two business days. An order that is declined as unsuitable before work begins receives a full refund through the original payment provider.
After work starts
Cancellation and refund requests after work begins are reviewed manually according to work already completed, committed production time and deliverables supplied. No fixed public percentage applies.
Scope changes
A request for a new narrative, new slide, new delivery format or materially different direction is not a revision. Auren will confirm any new fee or schedule before additional work begins.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider, ECPay or PayPal, to the original payment method. The provider’s processing time and currency handling may apply.
