Scope and deliverables
The purchased package covers the stated number of slides and the selected add-ons. Standard editable delivery is one agreed PPTX or Google Slides source plus PDF. HTML-to-PDF work is not described as editable PowerPoint.
Client materials
The client is responsible for supplying complete, authorized and accurate text, data, brand assets and source material. Full copywriting, market research and verification of client-provided claims are excluded unless separately agreed.
Timing and acceptance
Delivery time begins after complete requirements and materials are received. Auren may accept or decline an order within two business days. If an unsuitable order is declined before work starts, it is refunded in full.
Revisions
A revision means one consolidated feedback round on the agreed direction. It does not include a new page, new narrative, new delivery format or work beyond the purchased slide count.
Excluded work
Animation, transitions, paid stock licensing, full copywriting, market research, client-data verification and unpurchased pages are excluded from fixed packages.
Payment and platforms
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. When enabled, Taiwan checkout uses ECPay for card and compatible Apple Pay payments, while international checkout uses PayPal. The selected provider maintains the payment and refund record. Clients first met through Upwork must continue to contract and pay through Upwork unless an official Upwork conversion has been completed.
Concept and approval
Auren confirms scope and visual direction before production. Final responsibility for reviewing and approving names, claims, legal text and supplied data remains with the client.
