Delivery boundaries
Visual fidelity, editability and motion are separate production questions. The proposal should state exactly what the client can change after handoff.
High visual freedom with editable source HTML. The PDF is a rendered output and is not described as editable PowerPoint.
Masters, layouts, text, shapes, charts and tables can remain native when the scope explicitly includes PowerPoint production.
Text, charts and basic components can stay editable while complex materials and art-directed scenes remain replaceable image assets.
