Information used
The inquiry and paid-order forms may collect your name, email, project name, brief, timing and descriptions of existing material. The website has no file-upload field.
Payment data
ECPay or PayPal processes payment credentials. Card details and PayPal passwords do not enter Auren’s website. Auren uses the provider order ID, status, package reference and amount to verify a completed order.
Service providers
ECPay and PayPal process checkout and refunds; Resend delivers form emails; Cloudflare provides hosting, security checks and technical analytics. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy practices.
Protected order register
After checkout begins, Auren’s protected order register stores the provider order ID, payment status, package, amount, contact details, submitted brief and production status. It does not store card details, PayPal passwords, payment credentials, attachments or complete provider payloads.
Purpose and retention
Order metadata and submitted text are used to verify payment, review, deliver and communicate about your project. Auren keeps them only as needed for project delivery, support, accounting and legal obligations. The website does not provide a file store.
Your choices
You may use direct email instead of the website form. Do not submit confidential material until scope and an appropriate sharing method have been agreed.
